Organisational forgiveness - facilitating organisational healing
due
to the level of response received within the UWS community Fran's
workshop on ORGANISATIONAL FORGIVENESS will now NOT be able to cater
to any external participants - sincere apologies for any disappointment
this may cause.
Organisational
change, restructure, downsizing - all change processes are engineered
with the recognition there will be both costs and benefits at the
infrastructure and human resources level with a resultant impact on
organisational culture.
This
workshop focuses on the strategies and paths for rebuilding within
organisations undergoing change or which have experienced significant
structural and/or cultural change. In particular Fran will provide
a framework for participants to work through
- Strategies
that are effective in rebuilding morale and teams after significant
organisational shifts or re-organisation
- Individual
or group processes which enable resolution of deep organisational
conflict arising from structural change
- The
creation of meaningful steps toward corporate forgiveness and requesting
the forgiveness of others.
