WELCOME TO GAIA HOUSE LIBRARY

The Gaia House Library is user a friendly library provided as a service for members of the Gaia Foundation. You are invited to come, browse, spend time here, or borrow any of our materials that you wish. To make this service work for borrowers as well as volunteers at Gaia House we request that you adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read and if you agree to these conditions, sign at the end of the form and leave it with the Gaia House volunteer present at the time.

CONDITIONS FOR BORROWERS

As a borrower from the Gaia House Library I agree to the abide by the following terms and conditions

1. Return all books, video's and periodicals borrowed by the date due. If I need them for a longer period I will notify Gaia House in advance of the return date and return them by the new date for which an extension has been given.

2. I agree to pay two dollars to cover Gaia House's phone costs for reminder calls for any books, video's and periodicals or other materials not returned by the due date.

3. I agree to pay Gaia House Library for the full replacement cost of any damaged or lost books, video's and periodicals or other borrowed materials

4. I agree not to "on-lend" any materials from the Library to third parties

The Gaia Library exists as a result of the generous donations of a number of Gaia Members; people who have given books, money or their time to help with cataloguing and organising. We invite and encourage borrowers to continue this tradition so as to maintain and build on this high quality service to Gaia Members
